I do find rain radar useful though. That tells you where the rain is right now and shows you which direction it's travelling in, and then you can make up your own mind!<br />Jenny Woolfhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16881781466502273314noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8984234400935984998.post-10120734336502847282015-09-27T17:47:27.235+01:002015-09-27T17:47:27.235+01:00I've give up on weather forecasts for the most...I've give up on weather forecasts for the most part, here in BC Canada, they are usually WRONG!!! My comments were based on my own country. the UK, where we don't have to worry about hurricanes or worse, but I can understand the need-to-know in those areas. It is more comfortable on my eyes and less what I call 'in your face'. I hadn't heard about the berry, but I had heard that winter would be a rough season. We can but hope the forecasters are wrong!Valeriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12099030819314552958noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8984234400935984998.post-13708692535126014472015-09-21T09:31:19.152+01:002015-09-21T09:31:19.152+01:00This comment has been removed by the author.Valeriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12099030819314552958noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8984234400935984998.post-22092799983018535532015-09-20T18:54:36.729+01:002015-09-20T18:54:36.729+01:00I get my weather report from the internet, but I d...I get my weather report from the internet, but I do enjoy watching the weather ladies.joehhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08520161706680568508noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8984234400935984998.post-21904344089897638072015-09-20T17:13:40.804+01:002015-09-20T17:13:40.804+01:00This post made me smile but then I thought how I m...This post made me smile but then I thought how I much prefer using my weather app on the iPAD than the news on TV. In fact I am watching less and less TV these days. The whole world is in my iPAD :) I read an article the other day about an abundance of a certain berry, can't remember the name now, that meant we were going to have a hard winter. Let's hope not. If you utilize the meteorologist in print media you can avoid all the issues of fast speech or gestures in a good, old-fashioned newspaper!Michelehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10891846684740775290noreply@blogger.com
