It's 'play nice' time now that I have a new iPad. I know, I shouldn't be messing about with an early Christmas present but I can't help it. Those of you who have an iPhone will know all about the application called Photo Booth and for those that don't here's an example.
Remember the distorting mirrors at the fairground? I feel as if I'm back there again.
This is a picture of my lounge carpet ... light tunnel style. Weird and wonderful, eh? I can see me going round the house looking for things to distort. You might see some more horrible imagines before long.
By the way, if you look closely you might make out a face ... sort of ET style. The pattern is all over the carpet. It keeps me amused!
smiles....i think you are going to be having lots of fun...wonder if i have been good enough for santa to bring me one...smiles.
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping that Father Christmas will think I have been a good girl this year and buy me the IPad Valerie. After seeing this post I am keeping my fingers crossed :)
ReplyDeleteValerie, that photo effect is just too COOL!!!
ReplyDeleteIt amazes me the things you can do with an iPhone camera and all the various apps. I've seen some photos that looked as though they were taken with a Canon or Nikon.
Thanks for sharing, dear lady!
Hope you're enjoying a great Saturday!

P.S. love your new header!
I see ET!! :-)
ReplyDeleteI think I'd have lots of fun with the carpet. LOL iPad or not!
What a nice prezzie. Obviously a very good choice!
Fun! Our daughter has an iPad. I've been contemplating getting one. I don't have an iPhone yet though. But I do own an iMac computer and I LOVE it!! I Would NEVER go back to a windows machine.
ReplyDeleteThat is definitely cool! I agree, I think you'll have a LOT of fun with this!
ReplyDeleteBrian, keep wishing... grins.
ReplyDeleteDenise, hope you get your wish.
Ron, this picture was taken with the iPad... more awkward to use as a camera than the iPhone.
Oooh Mel, I'm glad you spotted ET. I think you and I are the only two who did.
Mona, I sometime wish I had a Mac. I must think on in future.
Yeah, Pat, fun is the word.
I'm very impressed, Val. I don't even know what an ipad is, other than something used by brainboxes and technophobes.
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice early present :-)
ReplyDeletecongrats on the new 'toy' ...
ReplyDeletelove my iPad...and all those apps...
Aww Mr V, I wish I was a technophobe; it would solve an awful lot of problems. I muddle through, though...grins.
