Treecreeper

It's not the greatest of pictures but I treasure it because it took me a long to time to track this Treecreeper. Every time I thought I'd got him he scurried further up the tree. And believe me it was a tall tree!

  1. I think it is really good. My eyes are drawn right to it. And the bark on the tree is not bad either!

  2. They creep up the tree in a circular motion around the tree trunk.! Fascinating bird not easy to photo as they are always on the circular move.

  3. Spending an unusual quiet morning while the boys are otherwise occupied catching up. I am glad it is going well for Joe with just and occasional hicup. Some beautiful pictures as usual and a story I have not read before. Good luck at your upcoming meeting.

  6. Hi BC, hope you enjoyed the story and thanks for your good wishes.

Joe, I forgot to mention the way they circle the trees.

Thanks, David, the Treecreeper is well camouflaged against the bark, just their white bits give them away.

  7. Ron, the Treecreeper is an interesting bird but very hard to see. That's why I persevered, once seen I just had to get a shot of it.
