Thanks Ron. I like to see ivy on houses as well but I heard tell it doesn't do the walls any good. I have loads of different ivy growing in the garden.
I changed the name on the pictures after that one. I mean who in the world would ever know who ValsRamblings was...grins.

We have quite a few old homes here in Philly, that have ivy growing up the outside walls. It looks so beautiful!
