Great one, Valerie! I was born in 1955 and still remember hearing this song on the radio many years later. Both my parents loved Guy Mitchell, so I think they even had some of his record.
Isn't something how far music videos have come? Back then they just sang, nowadays it's all about special visual effects mixed with the song!
Have a great Saturday, dear lady! X to you and Joe
Ron, I was in your parents era and listening to Guy Mitchell and others who were around at the time. He certainly was very popular then. I remember hearing 'She Wears Red Feathers' when I was in hospital - and loved it. Guy put a bit of lightness into a day's routine.
If you're new to A Mixed Bag you might find something to interest you, a bit of mirth, a story or two, or some pictures. I'm so pleased you popped in, do leave a comment if you have time.
