Wordless... but not quite

NB: re my domestic situation.... the phone rang at 8am. I'd been told to expect a call from the company that works for the insurance company. The call was to say that they would be here between 1 and 3pm to survey the problem. That's more like efficiency. As long as I know where I stand I don't mind the wait. Well done UK Drainage Company.
