Monday Mirth

Lack of time prevents me from finding something different for Monday Mirth so I hope you find yet another Mrs Brown video amusing.

    I have made a microwave chocolate cupcake. You put all the ingredients in a mug, stir, and then cook for about a minute. It works for when you have a cake craving but no time to bake. And since it's only one serving there's no temptation to eat extra!

  10. I have actually poured a can of cherries in the bottom of a microwave pan and put white cake mix batter on top of it and it made a great upside down cherry cake.. It doesn't bake level but it is a cooked cake when it is done.

  15. Hi Mr V. The part of Mrs. Brown is played by Brendan O'Carroll's who also created the series. Mrs Brown's Boys is an award winning sitcom in Ireland.
