Wordless...

I'm stumped! I've tried for several hours - on and off - to upload a picture for today's Wordless memo but, along with a 503 error and a time-out message (time-out? in 10 seconds?!!) plus a bright red error message that disappeared as quickly as it came, I've had no luck. I thought since the post is supposed to be wordless maybe I should leave this blank. But I can't do that to my dear friends so I'll post a little poem. It's quite small so you can still imagine a wordless situation. Oh dear, now I keep getting flashes. No, not those sorts of flashes ... it's got to be Google trying to tell me something.

Now look what I get when I try to save this stupid post....

Hair flying

Squealing in play

Swings into adulthood

Bad hair day

Angst and strain

Too much gin

Seek solace in God,

She so needed him

Seems appropriate somehow. Okay, get me outa here...............................................

  1. You know I've been having so much trouble with Blogger lately? My son came and cleaned my laptop for me and installed Google Chrome - It's working perfectly - doesn't keep shutting down, no problems commenting, working really fast! Maybe try Google Chrome Valerie?

  3. I think you should try Chrome, Valerie. As Akelamalu said, it doesn't shut down and works fast. And I've had very few problems with Blogger while using it.

  5. Pearl and Sharon... I've had Chrome for a while now. I think the trouble lies with Internet Explorer since Firefox works so much better. However, Firefox is doesn't recognise 'account required' comment boxes so I have to switch back to IE just to leave two or three comments (one is yours Sharon). Blogger itself is another issue Grrr!

  6. I have Chrome and Firefox installed and I mainly use Firefox. But it is slower than Chrome. I think people are having a lot of problems with Blogger right now, no idea why though. I might switch to Chrome for a while, just to see if it's performing better than Firefox.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! OMG, that made me HOWL!!!

Me too! I'm having major issues with loading photos. It takes FOREVER for them to load. Also, I'm having problems loading certain people's blogs. I keep getting a weird message that says something about how IE can't read the page - grrrrrrrrrr!

I may just take Akelamalu's advice and try installing Google Chrome. OR...just move over to WORDPRESS in July - HA!

Have a FAB day, dear lady!

  11. Now I feel guilty because things are going so well on my computer. My secret might be that I'm computer illiterate. I don't know what I've got on it apart from Chrome. Probably go wrong now because I said this.

  13. Blogger can be so frustrating. Did you have two browers open at the same time with your blog signed in to?

  14. You should just ditch IE and
    go with firefox or chrome..
a few years back they 'updated'
IE and it hasn't been right since..

So far I haven't seen any dreaded
error messages.. but then I use
    firefox for everything.

At least your sense of humor gets
you through this.. I would have
    trashed my computer by now..
