Sunday Scenes

Altogether now.... 'Me, and my Shadow'
This is the first time I ever saw the stone bench highlighted by the sun. It was almost a perfect triangle of light. I didn't expect to see my shadow.

And this was a pretty spot, a scene captured during the US and Canada cruise

  2. "Me and my shadow
    Strolling down the avenue"

I LOVE that song! Reminds me of the movie 'Funny Lady' with Barbra Streisand.

AWESOME shadow shot, Valerie! VERY cool! And yes, it is a perfect triangle.

Beautiful shot of the waterfall too!

Hope you're having a wonderful Sunday, dear lady!

  4. Hi Valerie,

How fun! I love your shadow shot.
I think that your shadow can say that it had it's moment of glory :)

I never have been to Niagara Falls.
I am glad that you were able to see some nice places in North America.

  5. Yesterday I posted onto facebook a similar photo of me and Sadie together with our shadows. I might put it into my blog, but it's not quite as nice as yours.

  7. Wow......that woulda been an awesome cruise.

I like that little spot to just sit and 'be'. Your shadow just adds to it's character.

  11. Both photos are wonderful.
Shadow captures are so neat, aren't they?
We went to Canada about 8 years ago. Our hotel room looked out over Niagara Falls, it was some view!
